The Pointe at Brandywine Park is located at the northern end of picturesque Brandywine Park. The park was designed by landscape architect Frederick Law Olmsted, whose other work includes Central Park in New York City, the grounds of the United States Capitol and the Biltmore Estate inAsheville, North Carolina.

Walk through the mile-long park which runs along both sides of the river and offers178 acres of walking paths, gardens and footbridges.  You’ll encounter stands of Japanese cherry trees, formal gardens, noted sculpture and architecture, off-leash pet areas and the Brandywine Zoo.  Follow wooded trails to Trolley Square, the Brandywine Zoo and Alapocas Park.

Centrally located minutes from I-95, downtown Wilmington and Greenville, The Pointe offers a perfect balance of ease and convenience—it’s city living in a suburban setting.
